About Beet It Sport Nitrate 3000 concentrate
Beet It Sport Nitrate 3000 concentrate contains 7 daily servings of 400mg dietary nitrate (3,000mg per 250ml) packed into each 250ml bottle, derived solely from concentrated beetroot juice. Dilute one serving with 150ml water; alternatively, add to a smoothie or yoghurt, or mix with muesli or oats.
Suggested use
Consume 1 or 2 servings (33 or 66ml) one to three hours before training and up to six days before competition.
